When (and how) do I pay for my income tax preparation?

After we prepare your tax return, we will send you a summary of the income tax file result. We will request payment for our tax return services at this time, before we EFILE your tax return with the CRA. You will be able to pay for our service online with a credit card

Who prepares my tax return?

Your personal income tax return will be prepared by a highly experienced and licensed personal tax accountant that is an expert in the Canadian tax code. Our tax accountants have on average 20-plus years experience in tax accounting and preparation for individuals and families.

How is this different from working with other tax firms?

In the traditional tax firm world, WIP (work-in-progress) means billable hours spent on a project. It's how most firms keep track of their professional time and charge you for their services. Not us. Our superior technology and efficient user experience means we are comfortable giving you a fixed price and sticking to it.

What if I have tax questions during the process?

You can ask questions at any time during the process. You will get an immediate response and, if required, we will follow up with you directly to make sure you get the answer you need. Our pledge is to provide you with the best service possible.

Can you still file my 2023 tax return?

Yes, we can still file your current year return, even if it is past the CRA's filing deadline. Please keep in mind that late returns may be subject to interest and penalties from the CRA, some of which depend on how late it is. Therefore, if you still have not filed your 2023 tax return, you should contact us as soon as possible to minimize the amount you will have to pay.

Can you file my 2022 or earlier return?

Yes, we can file prior year returns and get you up to date with the CRA. Please contact us to book a free call with one of our CPAs to discuss prior and multiple year filing requirements.
